About the Role
As a product arranger, your main task is to ensure that our product range and webshop are presented in an engaging and accessible way for our customers. With thousands of new products added each year, you play a central role in coordinating, enriching, and publishing these in our e-commerce platforms and ERP systems.
The role demands a strong ability to understand products, which are often of a technical nature, and to present them in a clear and user-friendly manner. An important part of the job involves processing suppliers' product descriptions and writing your own texts. This constitutes a traditional and time-consuming part of the tasks. At the same time, there is an increasing focus on systematically managing the products' features and attributes, which play a crucial role in helping customers navigate our wide range and find relevant options. Caring for and developing these attributes is one of the most significant aspects of the role and requires both deep product understanding and insight into customer behaviors and their purchasing processes.
Success in the role means ensuring that customers can quickly and easily find the right products and make informed comparisons between different options. The goal is for the customer to feel confident in choosing the product that best meets their needs.
You will have close contact with suppliers to ensure that relevant material is delivered on time. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable taking initiative, establishing contact, and maintaining an active dialogue. The role also involves extensive work in Excel, Photoshop, our business system, and e-commerce platform, which requires a structured working method and good computer skills.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Collecting texts, images, and other materials from suppliers.
- Writing product, category, and brand texts.
- Enriching products further with images and attributes.
- Developing attributes in the platform.
- Creating new categories and landing pages.
- Basic SEO management.
- Coordinating the above to improve the site.
Your Qualifications
- Positive, attentive, and high work ethic.
- Very good computer skills.
- Master of multitasking.
- Very good experience with various IT systems, including the Office suite and Excel.
- Good experience with Photoshop.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Interest in and willingness to learn more about our products and gaming.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English (written and spoken).
Who We Think You Are
To succeed in this role, your personality is a key factor. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is not afraid to independently tackle tasks and manage a growing backlog. You are used to juggling multiple tasks at once and feel comfortable with both computers and Excel. Experience in e-commerce, technical products, or PIM systems is a significant advantage. If you also have a genuine interest in gaming and a technical interest in IT products, this is a role where you will thrive and develop.
About the Position
- Probationary employment for six months.
- Start: As soon as possible, considering any notice period.
- Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Remote work: Wednesdays.
- Collective agreement: Yes.
- Location: You will work at MaxGaming's office in Upplands Väsby. The office is easily accessible both by public transport from Upplands Väsby station and by car, where free parking is available.
